Mail Assistant is an AI-powered Gmail integration that helps users automatically respond to incoming messages.
Once the user grants access via OAuth, the system analyzes emails and sends responses without requiring additional input from the user.

What Data We Access

• Your Gmail email address
• Metadata and content of incoming emails (sender, subject, body)
• Your Google profile information (name, avatar)

How We Use It

The system uses OpenAI’s language models to interpret and respond to emails.
Responses are automatically generated based on professional templates and sent immediately after processing.
The system never sends marketing or promotional content.

Automated Behavior

Once authorized, Mail Assistant automatically replies to new Gmail messages using AI-generated drafts.
No manual review or approval is required from the user after authorization.
This behavior is clearly disclosed prior to authorization and can be revoked at any time.

Data Storage

We do not store email content, contacts, or history. Email content is processed in real-time and discarded immediately after response generation.

Third-Party Sharing

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. All processing happens securely within our system.
